The women of Natalie M. have always believed in giving back to their community. Through the Natalie M. Foundation and the Natalie M. Foundation Benefit Fashion Show, hundreds of area high school students are able to raise funds to benefit their schools and student organizations. Students earn community service hours and have the opportunity to model a beautiful designer prom gown or tuxedo in the largest prom fashion show in the nation.
Each year, we strive to benefit area schools that have been impacted by numerous budget cuts during especially tough financial times. Natalie M. is proud to encourage young men and women from local schools to get involved in these noble causes. Natalie M. has long served the community as a volunteer coordinator for a wide range of causes, including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the American Heart Association, the Wounded Warrior Project, and Children’s Mercy-St. Luke’s Neonatal unit.
Now, we have focused our efforts on the betterment of education. As such, all funds collected from this event go directly to the many schools and school programs that are represented by the hundreds of models in our runway shows. Each student serves not only as a runway model but also as a model for our community. Prior to the show, each model must fulfill their commitment to their local school and dedicate hours of service preparing for the day of the event.
The success of the show is owed to the local business community, volunteer driven students, teachers and parents.
